If you have a property for sale in France we can put your ad on this web site. The ad stays there until we receive your message to remove it.

We put your ad on several other sites in France, Belgium, The Netherlands and Great Britain, so many people will see your property.

Your property is not only placed on some websites, we also inform our customers by sending them an alert by e-mail.

As you can see, your property will be noted.

How does it work?

Ther are two ways: you provide us the photos and the description, or we visit the property.

You provide the photos and the description

You send us 20 photos (max JPG-format 300x400), the description of the house and your details by e-mail. If you do not have a digital camera, you can send us some hardcopy photos. We will scan them and send them back to you.

We will translate the text, put the ad on the web sites and send out a mailing by email.

We visit the property

We visit the property, take photos, make the description of the property and we will make the translations, put the ad on the web sites and send out a mailing by email. This option is only for properties situated in the Ardèche or the Drôme.

As soon as we have finished preparing the ad, we will send you the prints (black&white) of the webpages on which we have placed your ad, or if you want, we will send the links by e-mail.

When someone sends a request for information about your property, we will send her or him your details, so she or he can contact you directly. You can decide which of your details we are allowed to be send to a property searcher.

Tarifs and payment

The price of an ad for which you provide the photos and the description yourself will cost 25 €. In case we visit you, the price of an ad will be 100 €, to be payed at the end of the visit. For the ad of 25 € you receive an invoice.

All tarifs are incl. TVA (French VAT) and only apply for the Ardèche department.
